And then, I vividly remember the dove sequence in ep.26 of Cowboy Bebop. There's no other anime scene that's left such a striking impression on me.
Watanabe's action scenes are distinct for featuring fast-paced martial arts and parkour instead of flashy magic!
The direction in episode 9 gave me chills!
